I thought I would take a moment to let you know that the two fellows that took care of the mold problem I had were really good at what they do. The area they were in, other than the attic, were left as though they had never been here, no mess, no fuss, nothing. That was great. I wish all service organizations were as good as your team. Great job!

I just wanted to take a quick moment to say how wonderful the guys that came to my house were. One of the gentleman's names was Tim, not sure about the other. They were very professional, informative, and polite.
I had to leave for work and I asked that they shut the garage up when they left. Not only did they shut up the garage they also locked it. Which means they had to let themselves out of the back yard. I felt they went above and beyond and should be recognized for it.
It is not often that people take the time to give compliments, only complaints. So again the 2 gentlemen that came to my house on Monday morning 05-10-10 were great!!

I just wanted to take the time to commend Mold Solutions for there superior work and professionalism. Your team did a terrific and outstanding job with my attic that it literally looks like when I first moved in—brand new. I can literally see nice, clean and pristine wood once again. Overall I am satisfied with the appearance but realistically I am most relieved that your team of experts helped remove a potentially hazardous problem that could have affected my family especially my 7 month old daughter. Please thank Tom for coming out so soon and for taking the time to answer and address all my issues and concerns. Also, please thank the two team members who actually came out to do the arduous work and task at hand. They were very both very courteous, professional and genuinely nice! I contacted Mold Solutions early February 2009 and spoke with Tom. I explained the situation and what I thought the problem was in our attic. Tom was nice and seemed sincere. I asked if a mold test needed to be run and he said from my description is was most likely mold. He set up a time to come out and thoroughly inspected not only the attic but also our crawl space. He said in his opinion it was mold and said he could run a test, but with both of us pretty confident in our minds—why waste the money on the test. Tom thoroughly went through what was going to be done, how it was done, what items were used to clean and protect, the fact there is a 10 year warranty and so forth.
I had also spoke with Jan a number of times who was also very professional and sincere and took the time to explain anything that I had questions on. She also addressed any concerns that I had. She has an easy-going manner—just like Tom, not pushy at all. When it was time to set up the appointment—Jan quoted me times for the first and second day and was considerate of the start times as I have a small son—who I didn't want to disrupt prior to school.
On the first day of service, I received a call from Matt who stated he was on his way and actually showed up 5 minutes early. It was Matt and two other employees who were very courteous of both my time and my home. They put down plastic from the entryway to the area where the attic access was. Matt explained the process again, along with the warranty as the other two employees started the work. It was done in no time—it was actually completed in less time than Jan quoted. Now how many times has that ever happened—usually they are late and run way longer than quoted.
Matt and the crew cleaned up the plastic and anything else they had and gave me a rough estimate of when they would be there the next day. The second day was the same—first a phone call and then in and out under the estimated time.
I would recommend Mold Solutions to anyone that asked. Everyone is very professional and courteous. They are not pushy—which doesn't happen often. They are considerate of your questions and concerns and believe they are fairly priced when compared to other companies. What stands out is the great customer service that they provide.

I hired Mold Solutions, Inc. in June 2009 for the purpose of remediation in the basement of my home, which was for sale. From start to finish, everything was done both professionally and courteously, both in person and over the phone. In all my years of home ownership (37), there are a few people who left a positive impression, a salesman from Sears years ago by the name of Tom R., a new car salesman who treated me with utmost respect at Honda of Lisle by the name of Jim M., Eugene and Gerard T. from Tobin Millwork in Villa Park and last but not least, Tom B. from Mold Solutions.
